For the millions who have lost their homes to foreclosure, or are still losing their homes to the “too big to fail” banks, Mary McCulley is a hero. In February she stood up to those who caused the fraud which led to her foreclosure–and won. She obtained a $6 million award–including punitive damages—against US Bank.
Yet on April 25, 2014, Mary was forcibly hauled off to federal prison for accusations by former American Title Land Company’s Tom Cahill. Based solely on Cahill’s word, Mary was sentenced to one year in Federal Prison, plus another year of very harsh probation. She was immediately taken away by Federal Marshalls, and reported severe bruising after being roughed up. Mary is 56 years old.
On February 7, 2014, US Bank was found guilty in a jury trial of fraudulently foreclosing on Mary’s home. The jury found proof U.S. Bank swapped her loan using forged and altered loan documents.
When Mary learned her loan was swapped and her deed was forged, she reported it to the local police. When they did nothing, she reported it to the FBI. When they failed to act, she sued.
After months and months of having her case thrown out and getting nowhere, Mary was left to investigate her own fraud. Cahill was deposed by Mary in her civil lawsuit.
After that—and shortly before her trial against US Bank—Cahill suddenly contacted the FBI and accused Mary of “impersonating an FBI agent”—though she denies she ever did.
To many fighting the banks, this is an example of the kind of abuse they must endure. These charges against Mary should have been thrown out. Instead, while those responsible for forging Mary’s loan and almost causing her to successfully commit suicide go free—Mary sits in Federal Prison.
Before Mary gets transferred to a Federal Prison, her attorney will go before the judge one last time on April 28th to request another review of Mary’s case. Mary has a SHOT at getting out of prison to be with her mom, who has Alzheimer’s.

How is it that all of US when we compare notes we find that all of US have contacted the same agencies looking for help OCC, CFPB, DOJ, FBI, AG’s office etc… The government knows what is going on, when I talked to Rep. Cummings office, the aid Jed told me, the government knows all about it the way no one can find an attorney to take their cases, the corruption in the lower courts, the missing paperwork. the breaking and entering, the stealing, the false imprisonment, trumped up charges. If the government is not going to help the people stop this problem, it’s time for the people to vote out the lazy incumbents and get some independents in their that are going to do the job to get this fixed.

I wonder if Mary’s attorney will raise the argument of protecting the ‘authenticity’ of an agent of an agency who could find no criminal activity when a jury of Mary’s peers determined it existed. IOW, 1yr sentence x 0 worth of public benefit = 0. It is the lenders, from the CEO down, who should lose the right to vote and bear arms, not Mary.

• Now, the same men who were shown to be liars accusing Mary on the gun charge, managed to convince the Federal Government Mary impersonated an FBI officer in investigating the fraud in her case—a charge McCulley emphatically denies and the evidence doesn’t support. McCulley felt obligated to claim guilty, just so she would be assured her civil case to prove bank fraud would be slated in advance of the trumped-up “criminal” case.

The judge has the power to grant McCulley release from a Grant Falls, Mont. jail, instead of being transported to a federal prison to serve an unwarranted sentence.

I came across it when I was doing the research on Colonel Adam Schuster in St. Joesph, MO. I’m not sure if he was related or not to Henry Louis Shuster. However, I believe the family #’s are in ancestry are sequtential. At any rate H. L. Shuster was in the printing business in the early 1800’s as he was born I believe in 1825. It’s my understanding H. L. Shuster startled Jesse once was shot but lived thru it. Not sure where it happened if it happened in Bates County, Mo or not. then it was H. L. Shusters son Henry Franklin that had my great grandmother Iva Mae.
Adam was into numerous businesses there in St. Joesph, MO and he even funded railroads from his own funds. Built the 1st YMCA in St. Joesph. There are so many players I may never figure out the maze of deception I’ve been left to uncover. But Adam was also in the clothing business with Victor Sidney Rothschild. As St. Joesph was the last stopping place going west.

My mother took us children up to what was known as the “Todos Santos”, All Saints Ranch, owned by a man by the name of Tim ODEN. He wanted to sell the ranch and my mother bought it. So when my father arrived later with his ox wagons loaded with goods, my mother had another storehouse ready for the goods, and a better cattle ranch, the Todos Santos, All Saints. My dear mother was a good businesswoman, and she didn’t know what fear was. I never saw her excited in my life. Often I think if the flood would happen to the women of today they would have run around in the house looking for their lipsticks and rouge and got drowned. The Indians were the only people who painted in those good old days. The good women of those days were naturally beautiful. Their good hard sense, bravery and intelligence made them beautiful. Tom FOLLIARD [O’FOLLIARD] another pupil of the school became very chummy with Billie the Kid; “Birds of a feather will flock together.” When they left our school they always corresponded and kept in touch with each other. FOLLIARD lived near our ranch and in 1879, FOLLIARD told me he was going out to New Mexico and join the Kid which he did; however, this is another story which I may write up some day. As this ties the Mc Kinney Family to more than has ever been disclosed that I’ve found. It also ties to Adam Schuster who had the MS ranch a partner of Adams Maximilian Smissen where Jesse was known to of been found in Tom Green County Texas. January 2008, after FBI indicating they would never get involved in my divorce, the complaint agent indicates that if there is a fake FBI agent, they want the info and will get involved. I gather the phone messages, phone bills, etc and take the to the Fort Washington FBI office. The agent (Ken) goes apeshit on me and throws me out of their office. No explanation.
Afraid after Ken’s threats, I don’t contact FBI again until 2011.
It seems the fake FBI agent was another branch of law enforcement and the FBI was concealing their intrusion into my technology while ignoring my reports of the intrusion.
It would take 3 more years to find out why law enforcment ignored crimes in my case… and others. The Constitutional Challenge of Rule 1.6 was filed on Augusty 8, 2013.
